Summary

We are dedicated to enhancing educational opportunities for students in our community. Our current project involves adding a mural to the front of the Timberline Schools building. We believe that art can inspire and uplift, creating an encouraging environment. To achieve this goal, we have developed a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for individuals and organizations interested in contributing to this meaningful project. Your support can make a difference in the lives of students and the community.

Questions and Answers​

Question: What will the school district be using as a primer/base layer?

Answer: The specific product will be selected in collaboration with the awarded vendor. The school district assumes this will be a high-quality, exterior-grade masonry primer suitable for concrete block surfaces, ensuring proper adhesion and durability for the mural. This includes compatibility with weather-resistant paints for our region’s climate.

If you have recommendations for specific primers or base layers based on your experience, please feel free to include them in your proposal.

Question: What is the ground like directly in front of the wall (grass, concrete, etc.) and how much room is there?

Answer: The ground next to the building is 4' of level gravel followed by a level parking long.
On the corner (optional) portion of the building, the ground is 4' of level ground followed by a sidewalk then the elevation decreases into the lower parking lot.  ​
